Metallurgical Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Metallurgist to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our metal products.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in metallurgical analysis, testing, and quality control. They will work closely with our sales and production teams to ensure that our products meet the highest standards and exceed our customers' expectations.

• Conduct thorough metallurgical analysis of our products to ensure their quality and integrity.
• Implement and oversee testing procedures to ensure the quality and safety of our products.
• Work with aluminum and other metals, utilizing extrusion and other techniques to create high-quality products.
• Collaborate closely with our sales team to understand customer requirements and ensure that our products meet their needs.
• Work with our production team to optimize our manufacturing processes and improve the quality of our products.
• Oversee the heat treatment process to ensure that our products are durable and meet the highest standards.
• Regularly review and update our quality control procedures to ensure that they are effective and up-to-date.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in metallurgical analysis, testing, and quality control.
• Extensive experience working with aluminum, including experience with extrusion techniques.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with sales and production teams.
• A strong understanding of heat treatment processes and their impact on the quality and durability of metal products.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgy, Material Science, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proven track record of improving product quality through effective testing and quality control procedures.
