Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Recruiter to join our team at Auto-Chlor System. This full-time position is based in our Northeast Region office and will play a critical role in supporting our staffing needs.

This Regional Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, screening, and qualifying candidates to present to hiring managers for potential employment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience with recruiting and sourcing, and a strong understanding of light industrial, service, and sales talent.

• Sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels, including social media and job boards.
• Screening and qualifying candidates to ensure they meet the requirements of the role.
• Partnering with hiring managers to determine urgency of positions and debrief after interviews.
• FOLLOWING UP AND COMMUNICATING WITH CANDIDATES AS THEY MOVE THROUGH EACH PHASE OF OUR INTERVIEW PROCESS.
• Preparing job offer letters as requested by hiring managers and assisting candidates with offer questions.
• Maintaining the integrity of job advertisements on our career page and external job boards.
• Utilizing appropriate social media outlets to attract qualified candidates.
• Attending virtual and in-person career fairs and college recruiting events, coordinating hiring events at branch offices.

• 1-3 years experience with recruiting and sourcing, preferably light industrial, service, and sales talent.
• Ability to communicate professionally and apprise hiring managers and candidates.
• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple job openings and manager communication.
• Sense of urgency and ability to work independently to meet goals.
• Resilient, creative, and open to implementing new ideas and strategies.
• Proven organizational and time management skills, ability to multi-task.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office.

The salary for this role is estimated to be between $32-$34 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer an excellent benefits package, ongoing training and support, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
