Job Details

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist for a travel assignment in a reputable SNF / LTC facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and treat patients with speech, hearing, and language deficits.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve communication and swallowing skills.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Provide skilled speech therapy services in accordance with physician orders.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist or actively pursuing licensure.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
