Job Summary:

The Warehouse Logistics Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution center. This position is responsible for the physical movement of products and components throughout the facility, handling all functions including order picking/packing, shipping and receiving, put away of product and inventory, and component picking for assembly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for following safety policies and maintaining a safe work environment
  • Shipping and receiving duties, including the accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Put away and handling of received material, ensuring accurate inventory control and data integrity
  • Maintain product identification and location control, ensuring efficient and accurate picking and packing processes
  • Packaging of parts and kits in preparation for shipment, adhering to quality and regulatory standards
  • Picking orders for inter-company and external customers, meeting tight deadlines and ensuring high levels of accuracy
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and data integrity, performing regular physical counts and audits as needed
  • Maintains punctual, regular and predictable attendance, working collaboratively in a team environment
  • Respectfully takes direction from lead, supervisor or manager, and performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent, with previous experience in a warehouse/distribution center setting preferred
  • Proficiency with material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Working knowledge or understanding of ERP and inventory management systems, along with basic computer skills
