Role Summary:

In the capacity of a Service Route Technician, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional service to our esteemed clientele. Following an extensive training program, you will be assigned a designated route. Your responsibilities will include restocking products, conducting preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashing equipment, processing payments, and promoting our cleaning and sanitizing solutions during customer interactions. You will be provided with a company vehicle and mobile device, with ongoing training to facilitate your professional growth.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Independent Work Capability: Ability to manage your assigned route autonomously while delivering superior customer service.
  • Mechanical Skills: A natural aptitude for mechanical tasks, particularly in performing preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashing systems.
  • Sales Experience: Previous experience in light sales or upselling is advantageous, as you will have opportunities to introduce our cleaning and disinfecting products to clients.
  • Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record to effectively fulfill driving duties.
  • On-Call Participation: Willingness to engage in an on-call rotation every 2.5 months to ensure excellent customer support.
