The Senior Manager will play a critical role in driving product innovation, leading the development of new products, and collaborating with marketing to execute product launches.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in product development, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of new products, including formulation, testing, and launch planning.
- Collaborate with marketing to ideate and execute product launches, ensuring alignment with business goals and consumer needs.
- Manage internal and external teams to ensure timely completion of projects and delivery of high-quality results.
- Drive innovation within our R&D team, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering discipline.
- 12+ years of relevant work experience in product development of consumer healthcare products.
- Successful track record of leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational, diplomatic, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in direct management of R&D product development personnel.
