You will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for our Owners and guests, while benefiting from our commitment to the well-being of our associates.
As a Housekeeper, your primary responsibility will be to maintain the cleanliness of villas for incoming guests and provide ongoing service for guests during their stay. Your duties will include responding to guest requests, stocking cleaning carts with necessary supplies, and replenishing amenities.
To ensure we deliver exceptional service, your role will involve upholding consistently high standards of room cleanliness.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments.
- Prepare cleaning carts with supplies and transport them to designated areas.
- Access guest rooms following established procedures, ensuring they are vacant before entry.
- Restock guest amenities and supplies in rooms.
- Replace soiled linens and towels with fresh items.
- Make beds and arrange towels neatly.
- Thoroughly clean bathrooms.
- Dispose of trash, soiled linens, and room service items.
- Verify that all appliances are present and functioning in the room.
- Organize desk items, furniture, and appliances.
- Dust, polish, and remove marks from walls and furnishings.
- Vacuum carpets in guest rooms and hallways.
Adhere to all company policies regarding safety and security; report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete required safety training and certifications; and properly store flammable materials.
Maintain a clean and professional appearance; ensure confidentiality of proprietary information.
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; and express genuine appreciation to guests.
Communicate effectively with others using clear and professional language. Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals. Ensure compliance with quality expectations and standards.
Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.
Be prepared to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
