Northwest Georgia Oncology Centers, PC is seeking an experienced Oncology Healthcare Professional to join our team in Marietta. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a meaningful contribution to patient care and help shape the future of our organization.
Salary Range: $140,000 - $170,000 per year
Main Responsibilities:- Evaluate patient conditions through comprehensive assessments and diagnostic tests
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians
- Conduct bone marrow biopsies and other medical procedures while adhering to strict protocols
- Prioritize patient needs and coordinate with physicians to ensure seamless care
- Communicate clearly and concisely with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Other responsibilities as required to deliver exceptional patient care
- Relevant experience in oncology and hematology is highly valued
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex patient cases
- Excellent leadership and teamwork skills to foster collaborative environments
- Effective time management and organizational skills to meet demanding deadlines
- Able to adapt to changing priorities and workflows
