About the Role

Northwest Georgia Oncology Centers, PC is seeking an experienced Oncology Healthcare Professional to join our team in Marietta. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a meaningful contribution to patient care and help shape the future of our organization.

Salary Range: $140,000 - $170,000 per year

Main Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patient conditions through comprehensive assessments and diagnostic tests
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians
  • Conduct bone marrow biopsies and other medical procedures while adhering to strict protocols
  • Prioritize patient needs and coordinate with physicians to ensure seamless care
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Other responsibilities as required to deliver exceptional patient care
Qualifications:
  • Relevant experience in oncology and hematology is highly valued
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex patient cases
  • Excellent leadership and teamwork skills to foster collaborative environments
  • Effective time management and organizational skills to meet demanding deadlines
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities and workflows
