Security Officer

GardaWorld is seeking a skilled Security Officer to join our team in Louisville, KY. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, observing and reporting on activity at assigned locations, and responding to critical situations.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a positive experience for clients and customers
- Conduct thorough observations and surveys of assigned locations, providing detailed reports on activity
- Respond promptly and effectively to critical situations, prioritizing the safety and security of individuals and assets
- Prepare and submit accurate and detailed reports, utilizing strong writing and communication skills
- Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity
- High school education or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to pass an extensive screening process
- At least 6 months of security experience, military, or law enforcement experience
- State license required, if applicable
