Radiology Imaging Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at Alpine Surgery Center in Anchorage, Alaska.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center that offers patients high-quality care and a safe, convenient alternative to hospitals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiologic procedures, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of patient care.
About the Role:- Perform a variety of diagnostic radiographic procedures in compliance with established protocols to promote positive patient outcomes
- Prepare patients for exams and procedures, assessing their condition prior to and during all radiologic procedures
- Assemble necessary supplies and positioning aids for scheduling procedures according to physician preference cards
- Test and monitor equipment for proper working condition, documenting records and other forms accurately
- Communicate information about patient status to other staff responsible for care
- Graduate of accredited school of radiology required
- 1+ years' experience as a Radiology Technician, preferably in an operating room or surgery center setting
- Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Required
- BLS required within 30 days of start
- State Radiology Technician license required
