As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, developing and coaching team members, and ensuring seamless execution of our service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and Coach Staff: Develop and implement training programs to ensure team members are equipped to deliver exceptional service and maintain high-quality food standards.
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate a strong work ethic, lead by example, and promote a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Monitor Product and Labor Costs: Analyze and optimize kitchen operations to meet budgeted goals and ensure efficient use of resources.
