About the Company:
SysMind Tech is a leading provider of laboratory informatics solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Laboratory Informatics Expert to join our team as an Empower CDS Technical Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as primary point of contact for Empower CDS support across multiple geographies, coordinating with various stakeholders to understand requirements and provide solutions.
- Author and review validation documentation for laboratory platforms.
- Support applications within the lab portfolio covering multiple functionalities.

Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in laboratory informatics or related field.
- Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
