Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our housekeeping team as a Housekeeping Ambassador. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our hotel, while also providing exceptional service to our guests. Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel, including the lobby, hallways, public areas, and guest rooms.
  • Provide exceptional service to our guests, responding to their needs and requests in a friendly and timely manner.
  • Act as an advocate for the hotel, promoting our brand and values to our guests and colleagues.
  • Develop relationships with guests to ensure their stay is memorable and enjoyable.
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks, including shampooing rooms and public spaces, as assigned.
  • Set up and maintain complimentary hotel lobby functions, including the morning coffee service and nightly concierge events.
  • Deliver housekeeping items to guest rooms upon request from the front desk.
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role preferred.
  • Previous housekeeping experience a plus.
  • Passion for customer service and good verbal communication skills.
  • Basic writing skills.
  • Flexible schedule, able to work nights, weekends, and holidays when needed.
