Position Overview:
As a Clinical Research Associate I specializing in Critical Care, you will play a vital role in advancing pediatric healthcare through clinical research initiatives. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about improving outcomes for children and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders within the organization to provide insights on contract negotiations and procedural recommendations.
- Utilize your clinical research experience, which may range from five to seven years with a High School Diploma, four to six years with an Associate's degree, or three to five years with a Bachelor's degree.
- Demonstrate leadership capabilities, as prior experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
- Exhibit strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage diverse audiences and ensure excellent customer service.
- Employ your proficiency in Excel and database management to support research activities.
- Maintain familiarity with database best practices and possess intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Consider obtaining certification as a Clinical Research Professional (SOCRA) or Clinical Research Coordinator (ACRP) to enhance your professional credentials.
Educational Requirements:
A High School Diploma or GED is required for this position.
