About the Role:

The Art Director oversees the development and execution of graphics content for marketing and business lines, including web, print, ad campaigns, video, and animations from start to finish. This role works closely with the Creative Director, design team, copywriters, project managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure all creative outputs align with the bank's brand and strategic goals.

  • Develop high-level ad campaigns to support sales-driven initiatives and effectively resonate with the target audience.
  • Lead the creative process from concept to completion for all graphic content.
  • Design innovative solutions for web, print, campaigns, video, and animations.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director to establish the visual style and tone for all projects.
  • Work with the design team, copywriters, project managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective creative outputs.
  • Oversee production, ensuring high-quality deliverables within deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance the bank's creative efforts.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in art direction, preferably in a corporate or financial services environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles.
  • Understanding of marketing strategies and message communication through design.
  • Basic photo and video editing skills.
  • Familiarity with event space and environmental design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in web, print, campaigns, video, and animation projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $140,000 per year, dependent on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, education, and location.
