Hotel Breakfast Attendant

Indus Hospitality Group is seeking a skilled Breakfast Attendant to join our team at Homewood Suites in Victor, NY. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for setting up, serving, and cleaning up after the hotel's hot and continental breakfast.

• Assist in the setup and closing of the breakfast area, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
• Prepare and serve food, including hot and cold items, to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and handling policies and procedures, including product rotation, dating, and labeling.
• Complete daily inventory prep sheets and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen, dining, lobby, and surrounding areas.
• Clear and clean tables, and assist guests as needed.
• Wash dishes and serving utensils as needed, and collect trash and waste for disposal.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One to three months of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and effectively present information to customers and colleagues.
• Mathematical skills to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.

The Breakfast Attendant will work in a fast-paced hotel environment, with frequent interactions with guests and colleagues. The associate must be able to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and work in a moderate noise level environment.
