Job Title: Wait Staff

Covenant Living Communities and Services is seeking a Wait Staff to join our team. As a Wait Staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents and guests in the dining room during meal times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take food and beverage orders from residents and guests
  • Serve dinner to residents and guests in a timely and courteous manner
  • Prepare salads, desserts, and sauces as directed by the kitchen staff
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the dining room and kitchen areas
  • Bus tables and reset them for the next meal service
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down special events and meetings
  • Clean up server and kitchen areas at the end of the shift
  • Complete weekly cleaning assignments as needed
Requirements:
  • High School education or equivalent
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
  • Previous experience in a full-service restaurant is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Reliable transportation
