Job Overview

At 7 Brew Iowa, we are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Coffee Shop Barista to join our team. As a key member of our brew crew, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, brewing high-quality drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.


Compensation Package

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve high-quality drinks, premixes, and teas to our customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with customers to confirm orders and handle payments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform other duties as required.

Schedule Requirements
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Minimum of three shifts per week.
  • Able to commit to regular working hours, with occasional variations as needed.
