Core Responsibilities:
  • Conduct diagnostics and repairs on John Deere machinery
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks
  • Overhaul and evaluate major components
  • Document diagnostics and repairs on service orders
  • Refer to equipment manuals, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Identify and troubleshoot malfunctions
  • Examine, repair, and replace faulty or worn parts
  • Operate and maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment
  • Fulfill additional tasks as directed by the Service Manager.
Physical Requirements:
  • Capability to lift items weighing up to 75lbs.
  • Ability to stand on concrete surfaces for extended periods.
  • Capacity to walk, climb, stand, carry materials, stoop, kneel, and bend.
  • Willingness to work in varying shop temperatures and noise levels.
