Job Title: Audit Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Manager to join our Healthcare Assurance team in our office. As an Audit Manager, you will be responsible for leading audit teams and providing high-quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead audit teams and provide guidance on audit procedures and risk assessment.
  • Assess risk and design audit procedures to ensure compliance with GAAP and FASB regulations.
  • Manage multiple engagement teams and prepare end-of-engagement evaluations for staff.
  • Supervise Audit Seniors and Supervisors on engagement teams and function as an in-charge facilitating field work.
  • Develop others within the Firm through facilitating levels-based or industry training, advising on career development, or participating in other Firm initiatives.
  • Anticipate and address client concerns and escalate issues as they arise.
  • Manage profitability of projects and ensure professional development through ongoing education.
Requirements:
  • BS/BA Degree in Accounting or equivalent degree.
  • CPA or CA Certification.
  • 5+ years of current or recent experience in a public accounting environment.
  • Experience leading teams and mentoring associates.
  • Understanding of audit services with knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and FASB regulations.
  • A proven record of building profitable, sustainable client relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience auditing healthcare and related organizations.
  • A successful record of directing and deploying staff and senior associates on multiple, simultaneous engagements.

RSM's salary range for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions, including education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $86,500 - $163,900

Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
