Echocardiography Specialist

Job Summary:

The Echocardiography Specialist will work within the Cardiovascular Department at Johns Hopkins Medicine, a leading healthcare institution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assumes responsibility for echocardiographic testing, including 2D echocardiograms, transesophageal echocardiograms (TEEs), and stress echo tests.
• Ensures proper and economical use of equipment, supplies, and clinical resources to deliver high-quality patient care and maintains accurate records and files.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience performing echocardiograms in a hospital setting.
• Some supervisory experience preferred.
• Registered as RCVT or RDCS required.
• Echocardiograph certification preferred.
• CPR certification required.
