Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cook I to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals in accordance with our Cuisine Profile and quality standards.

Main Responsibilities

  1. ">
  2. Assist in creating a delightful dining experience for our guests by preparing and cooking meals in accordance with recipes and quality standards">
  3. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen to prevent cross-contamination and foodborne illness">
  4. Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations and meet our service goals">
  5. Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to resolve issues and meet our objectives">
  6. Participate in safety and sanitation procedures to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment">
  7. Assist in the preparation of cold foods and follow FIFO (First In First Out) guidelines to ensure freshness and quality">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Previous experience as a Cook or equivalent role">
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment">
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills">
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures">
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods">
