Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service:
    • Ensure that every customer has a positive and memorable shopping experience.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to increase sales and customer loyalty.
  • Store Maintenance:
    • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and restrooms.
    • Ensure that all merchandise is properly labeled and displayed.
  • Sales and Inventory:
    • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
    • Restock shelves and maintain inventory levels to ensure that products are always available.
  • Teamwork:
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 6-12 months of retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, basic math skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:

This is a part-time position that requires flexibility and availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate will be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
