Compensation and Benefits

The estimated starting salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year. Full-time benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.

Job Responsibilities
  • Facilitate, guide, track, and document standardization efforts across mission essential task areas.
  • Manage standardization documentation, including tool configurations, local job guides, checklists, training materials, training task lists, analysis worksheets, and crew aids.
  • Assist with completing technical tasks and achieving standardization by providing templates, context, and best practices.
  • Ensure that all standardization materials are up-to-date and effective.
  • Develop and implement the weapon system crew force development program.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and improve crew performance.
Requirements

This position requires a minimum of three years of experience as a standards and evaluations analyst. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of standardization processes and documentation, along with the ability to provide technical assistance and develop effective training and standardization materials.
