Dogtopia, a leader in the dog daycare industry, is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to take on the role of Canine Coach. Our environment is both energetic and enjoyable, featuring activities such as treat days, photo events, and bubble play.

We are hiring for several locations in the Phoenix Area:

  • Historic Phoenix
  • Uptown Phoenix
  • Arcadia
  • Tempe

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a genuine love for dogs.
  • Be at ease around dogs of all sizes.
  • Collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
  • Take ownership of personal growth and view challenges as opportunities for development.

What We Offer:

Job Requirements:

  • Maintain control of a group of dogs in an open-play setting using positive reinforcement.
  • Ensure cleanliness in the play area, as dogs can be messy.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Be prepared to stand, stoop, and move around frequently during shifts.
  • Understand that playrooms can be noisy due to the dogs.

Compensation: $14.50-$16.50/hour plus a Time and Attendance Bonus.

Note: Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
