We are seeking an experienced instructor who can lead group exercise classes in aquatic settings. The ideal candidate will have the ability to modify class content to accommodate various ability levels and pool temperature levels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement effective aquatic group exercise classes
  • Modify class content to suit different member abilities and preferences
  • Develop music playlists tailored to specific class populations
  • Arrange substitute instructors and notify the coordinator of arrangements (required for every class)
  • Maintain certification from a nationally recognized organization (AEA, Arthritis Foundation, WaterArt, NMSS)
  • Hold current AHA Heartsaver CPR and AED Healthcare Provider Completion Card prior to start date and maintain it
