Role Overview
As the Global Security Operations Manager, you will oversee physical safety and security initiatives on a worldwide scale, driving the implementation of comprehensive programs that ensure consistency across all locations.

This leadership role presents a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in security and safety, demonstrating a track record of delivering effective solutions for multinational corporations.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance a 24/7 Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) program by collaborating with exceptional professionals and utilizing cutting-edge technology to mitigate security risks.
- Coordinate operational activities related to the enforcement of physical security policies, including incident management and response actions.
- Engage with external system integrators, leading projects that involve the design and implementation of various physical security measures across Miro's global hubs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding security and safety in the regions where Miro operates, aligning with our Code of Conduct and Ethics Policy.
- Design and implement training programs tailored to address security and safety risks at Miro facilities.
- Collaborate closely with the Trust & Reputation team to develop security policies, performance metrics, and communication strategies that support security initiatives.
- Influence physical security risk assessment methodologies and integrate plans with Information Security partners as necessary.
- Provide strategic guidance and influence to senior management across key business functions, including Human Resources, Legal, Corporate Communications, and Workplace Services.

Qualifications
- Extensive experience in a GSOC operational environment, with a proven track record of leading globally distributed security teams.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience managing physical security teams in a corporate setting.
- Strong technological acumen, with knowledge of intrusion detection systems, surveillance systems, access control systems, and GSOC integrations.
- Significant experience in vendor management, particularly with contract security services in a multi-site, global context.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
- Law enforcement experience is advantageous but not required.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities, with a willingness to travel internationally.
