Position Overview


Oryana Food Cooperative, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic individuals to become part of our vibrant 10th Street Cafe team. We are currently welcoming applications for both year-round, part-time, and full-time cafe staff positions.

The ideal candidates should be available to work until 7 PM and have some weekend availability.


Compensation

Starting wage ranges from $15 to $16 per hour, with the potential for a raise after 60 days of employment.

Both full-time and part-time employees enjoy a generous store discount of 25% off most purchases, along with additional benefits such as paid time off, Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance, and a 401k plan with employer matching.


Qualifications

This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Previous experience in food preparation and/or customer service is preferred.

Availability on Sundays is a requirement.


Salary Information

Starting at $16.00 per hour.
