At Doverwood Village, we recognize that State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) are essential to delivering outstanding patient care. Our STNAs are the backbone of our healthcare team, paving the way for future nursing professionals.

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking dedicated STNAs to join our compassionate team in Hamilton, OH. This role requires a commitment to working every other weekend and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist residents with daily hygiene tasks including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
2. Support residents with mobility needs such as positioning and turning.
3. Safely lift and transport residents as necessary.
4. Respond promptly to resident calls and requests.
5. Monitor and report any changes in resident health conditions.
6. Participate in mandatory training and educational sessions.
7. Aid residents during meal times and assist with feeding.

Qualifications:
- Valid Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification in good standing.
- Proficient documentation skills; familiarity with Point Click Care (PCC) is advantageous.
- Strong work ethic with a history of excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to collaborate respectfully with all healthcare team members.
- A genuine passion for providing care to the elderly, demonstrating patience and compassion.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
