We are a rapidly growing marketing firm with a strong presence in the Bakersfield area, poised for nationwide expansion. To support our projected growth, we are seeking highly motivated and driven individuals to fill entry-level roles in our Management Trainee program.

As part of our comprehensive training program, you will receive ongoing mentorship and personalized development, starting with cross-training in all departments, including management, human resources, marketing, and sales. With proper execution, you can grow from an entry-level client-facing role into a management position within twelve months.

Estimated salary for this role is $50,000 - $70,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

• Attend sales account meetings and engage with clients to bridge the gap between consumer and brand
• Conduct market research to optimize brand awareness and company outreach
• Deliver exceptional services that reflect our company values and promote positive business relationships
• Analyze market performance and review data with management on a regular basis
• Assist in hiring, training, and developing new hires

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• A strong desire to grow and natural leadership abilities
• Ability to problem-solve and think strategically in a fast-paced environment
• An associate degree or some college experience (preferred but not required)
• Willingness to work full-time to fast-track your training
