Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Guest Care Specialist to join our team. As a key holder and manager on duty, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, driving sales of automotive repair services and tires, and contributing to the growth of the business.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a superior guest care experience and assist in driving sales of automotive repair services and tires.
  • Successfully complete Monro's training program to execute the Monro selling process.
  • Be the first point of contact for guests on the phone and in the store, engaging guests, scheduling appointments, building trust, and presenting needed services.
  • Responsible for the organization and productivity of the service business through estimate and invoice transactions.
  • Assist in various aspects of guest care, work order completion, and register assistance, facility maintenance, and outside purchase ordering.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must possess a current valid driver's license and have a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
  • One (1) year of sales experience needed.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, able to accurately write sales work orders and effectively explain services to guests.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work, Days, Evenings, Weekends, Holidays.
