Responsibilities- Provide Basic Bedside Care: Administer basic care to patients, including vital sign monitoring, wound care, and medication administration.
- Clean and Bandage Wounds: Clean and dress wounds, and apply bandages as needed.
- Provide IV Therapy: Administer IV medications and fluids as prescribed by physicians.
- Maintain Supplies and Medical Equipment: Restock supplies, maintain equipment, and ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Report Suspected Abuse: Identify and report any suspected cases of patient abuse or neglect.
- Education: Current RN licensure and a degree in nursing.
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, and 2 years of experience in an acute care setting.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
