Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading soccer classes for children aged 1-14 years old, focusing on fundamental skills development in a fun and non-competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging soccer classes that cater to the needs of the whole child, including physical, mental, social, and emotional development.
  • Use positive reinforcement techniques to encourage children to develop their skills and build confidence.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all participants.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education and youth soccer coaching.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our age-specific and skill-based curriculum.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with children in a sports or educational setting.
  • Strong knowledge of soccer fundamentals and ability to teach children of varying skill levels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in early childhood education or a related field.
  • US Soccer Coaching License or equivalent.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
