About the Job

Holiday World RV is seeking a skilled RV Technician to join our team of professional employees. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing recreational vehicles to ensure they are safe and reliable for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and Repair RV Issues: Examine and diagnose problems with recreational vehicles, using your technical expertise to identify and repair issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with our shop foreman and RV service advisor to discuss repairs, communicate additional service requests, and plan work procedures.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs, provide labor time estimates, and update them regularly on the status of their repairs.
  • Maintain High Standards: Adhere to dealership policies on RV care and operation, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Attend company and factory training, and stay current with factory technical bulletins to ensure you have the latest knowledge and skills.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and a positive attitude.
  • Certifications and Skills: Certifications are a plus, and you should have a strong understanding of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other relevant skills.
  • Personal Qualities: You should be dedicated, responsible, professional, and have a great attitude.
Compensation and Benefits
