Experienced HVAC Service Technician

Heath Mechanical Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated full-time HVAC Technician to join our team. We provide competitive remuneration ranging from $40 - $50 per hour, along with performance-based bonuses. Exceptional performers can earn an average of around $75 per hour. • Minimum of 3 years experience as a residential service technician
• EPA refrigerant certification required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs.

This full-time role operates Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional Saturday shifts. There are no on-call hours, and light overtime may be available if needed. As an HVAC Technician, your responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving heating and cooling issues effectively. You will manage AC and heating repairs, maintenance, and replacements. Providing exceptional customer service, you will explain diagnostic findings and recommend necessary repairs or new equipment.
