We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Manager/Director to oversee the Labor and Delivery unit in a reputable healthcare facility. As a Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring a smooth operation of the unit.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide and coordinate patient care with other health team members
  • Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other health team members
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes
  • Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
  • Share on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required
  • Maintain cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies
  • Transport patients as needed
Requirements:
  • One to three years experience as a Nursing Manager/Director preferred
  • Other certifications may be required for this position
  • Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills
  • Physical Abilities: Remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment lbs), pushing, pulling, bending
