Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and develop a network of dental providers to meet the needs of our members.
  • Negotiate contracts with dental organizations, balancing their business plans with ours.
  • Evaluate and audit dental provider offices and operations, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Orient and train providers on our plans, materials, quality standards, and expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records and update our data systems to ensure seamless contract processing and credentialing.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree, minimum two years of related experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of provider service operations, HIPAA, PHI, and other applicable regulations is essential. We offer a dynamic work environment, opportunities for growth, and a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year.
