This role is based at Robins AFB, GA, requiring daily on-site presence and flexibility to work various shifts as necessary.

Compensation: $30 - $34 per hour. During travel, you will typically receive per diem and/or additional compensation based on location.

Deployment Requirements: This position may involve domestic and international assignments for up to 180 days to support operational needs, backfill staffing, or fulfill USAF customer demands.

Once hired, you must be prepared to travel within 72 hours of notification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct maintenance, disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, reassembly, and adjustment of all aircraft systems following technical specifications, engineering directives, and FAA regulations.
  • Provide line maintenance and flight operations support for BACN E-11A (Global Express and Global 6000) aircraft, including troubleshooting, fault isolation, repairs, parts replacement, calibration, testing, and documentation in aircraft forms.
  • Maintain FAA-required records, manuals, and inspection documentation.
  • Perform all levels of maintenance and inspections (flight line, in-depth, depot-level) of aircraft and components in accordance with USAF maintenance protocols and airworthiness standards.

Basic Qualifications:

  • FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certification
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of additional education and relevant experience
  • Ability to obtain a DOD Secret security clearance
  • Ability to obtain a US Passport
  • Experience with business or regional jets such as Global Express, XRS, Global 6000, CRJ, G-5, G-4, Challenger, etc.
  • Willingness to work any shift and travel as required by the program, including international travel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Current US Passport
  • Experience in connector repair, wire harness manufacturing, and advanced electronic and electrical troubleshooting.
  • Proficient in using advanced electronic and electrical troubleshooting tools.
  • Experience in conducting altimeter/transponder checks using pitot-static and transponder test equipment.
  • RVSM certification and knowledge of FAA RVSM guidelines.
  • Experience in flight control and landing gear rigging and operational checks.
  • Engine run qualification and engine borescope training on Rolls-Royce BR-710.

Salary Range: $30 - $34
