Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding service to both internal and external guests.
  • Welcome guests as they approach the service area.
  • Prepare and sell all menu items while managing cash transactions accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all food service equipment.
  • Operate all necessary equipment within the service area.
  • Stay informed about daily menu offerings and pricing.
  • Ensure adequate stock of products and supplies for service.
  • Conduct opening and closing inventory checks.
  • Prioritize the safety and security of both employees and guests.
  • Perform cleaning duties to uphold the appearance of the work area.
  • Stand for extended periods, typically 8-10 hours.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

Applicants should have:

  • Preferred experience of at least one year in concession, restaurant, or cashier roles.
  • A valid gaming license.

Physical Requirements:

The role involves physical demands such as:

  • Frequent standing, walking, and using hands for various tasks.
  • Occasional lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a moderate to loud environment.
