Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness and upkeep, removing litter, debris, and pet waste from common areas.
- Clear out trash and leftover items from vacant units prior to the preparation process, ensuring proper disposal and maintenance of storage areas.
- Assist with minor service requests as directed by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager, and support the make-ready team during unit turnovers.
- Change locks in accordance with property policies and ensure that all pool area gates are functioning safely and in compliance with regulations.
- Distribute important notices and communications to residents as needed.
- Report any hazards or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisors promptly.
- Exhibit excellent customer service skills by engaging respectfully with residents, addressing inquiries, and responding to maintenance-related complaints with sensitivity.
