A reputable healthcare facility is in search of a Board Certified/Board Eligible non-invasive cardiologist to enhance their team of 13 cardiologists, which includes specialists in electrophysiology, interventional cardiology, and non-invasive practices, alongside 2 cardiac surgeons.
Practice Highlights:
- Expanding practice requiring 2 additional cardiologists.
- Opportunity for J1 visa candidates; call schedule is 1:7 with a fellowship of 9 taking first call.
- Competitive starting salary of $560,000, with additional call pay at $500 and potential bonuses, leading to total compensation nearing $700,000.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive inpatient, outpatient, and outreach cardiology services.
- Engage in an active Cardiology Fellowship Program, contributing to the education of fellows, residents, and medical students.
- Work within a physician-owned multi-specialty clinic that is directly connected to a large regional referral hospital, serving a patient base of approximately 300,000.
- Access to a full spectrum of medical specialties and support services.
- Experience a welcoming, family-oriented community.
Benefits Package:
- Guaranteed base salary for the first 2 years, with 6 weeks of paid time off (PTO) as a non-shareholder, increasing to 8 weeks upon becoming a shareholder.
- Call pay of $5,500 and a continuing medical education (CME) allowance of $5,000 as a non-shareholder, increasing to $10,000 once a shareholder.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including a $45,000 employer contribution to a 401(k) plan once eligible.
