Kilpatrick Townsend's Electronics & Software Patent Prosecution team is seeking a full-time USPTO-registered patent prosecution Attorney or Patent Agent with expertise in drafting semiconductor processing patent applications. Candidates should possess relevant experience in semiconductor processing and demonstrate a meticulous attention to detail along with strong written and verbal communication skills.

This role is ideal for an attorney or patent agent with a minimum of 2 years of pertinent experience. Applicants must hold a USPTO Registration Number and possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. Submission of transcripts and patent-related writing samples will be required. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is considered an asset.
