  3. Perform dishwashing and pot washing duties efficiently to maintain a steady supply of clean utensils and cookware. (20%)
  4. Follow waste disposal procedures and sanitize containers to meet sanitation guidelines. (20%)
  5. Uphold safety and sanitation standards as mandated by departmental and regulatory requirements. (20%)

Qualifications:

Minimum:

  • High school diploma or GED; or one to three months of relevant experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Basic proficiency in computer and math skills, with the ability to handle cash transactions.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in food service operations.
