Our team is composed of dedicated professionals who prioritize the success of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct complex analytical testing procedures as directed by a Medical Technologist across multiple laboratory sections, including Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, Microbiology, and Transfusion Medicine.
- Prepare necessary reagents and assist in managing inventory levels.
- Diagnose and resolve instrument-related issues effectively.
- Perform additional tasks as required in relation to the Medical Laboratory Technician role.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in a relevant field from an accredited institution, or equivalent military training and experience.
- Completion of a medical technician practice program and certification as an MLT by the ASCP-BOC or AMT.
- Preferred: At least one (1) year of relevant experience within the last three (3) years.
Compensation
The hourly pay rate for this position is $48.10.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach overhead during the work shift.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs from floor to waist and up to 20 lbs frequently.
- Ability to carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance and push/pull with 30 lbs of force.
