As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to work in post-acute facilities, providing high-quality care to patients while enjoying a flexible schedule and competitive pay.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor patients' physical and mental wellbeing, tracking vital signs and documenting health concerns
- Administer and verify medications, monitoring their effects and reviewing residents' charts and medical records
- Assist with the cultivation of a safe and comfortable facility environment, maintaining appropriate stocks of medical supplies
- Participate in IV set up, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures, and help with the orientation and training of medical staff
- Current New Jersey state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Completion of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program
- High school diploma (or GED/equivalent)
- At least 1 year of experience (LPN or related role)
