Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. As a key member of our educational support staff, you will play a vital role in helping students develop their communication skills.

About the Role
  • Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Intervention: Conduct thorough assessments to identify speech and language disorders, and implement tailored therapy plans to help students achieve their goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to integrate speech and language objectives into students' educational plans.
  • Case Load Management: Effectively manage a diverse caseload of students with varying communication needs.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments, progress, and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology; valid Texas SLP license required.
  • Clinical Fellow (CFY) Requirements: Currently enrolled in or completed a Master's program in Speech-Language Pathology; eligible for Texas Speech-Language Pathology licensure.
  • Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) Requirements: Associate's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistance or related field; valid Texas SLP license required.
