Key Responsibilities
  • Assess damage to vehicles and develop a comprehensive repair plan
  • Disassemble vehicles to identify and repair damaged components
  • Operate a variety of hand and power tools to repair and restore vehicles
  • Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles to ensure quality and safety standards are met
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective repair processes
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2-3 years of experience in collision repair or a related field preferred
  • I-CAR / ASE certifications preferred
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
Working Conditions

The Collision Repair Specialist will work in a fast-paced repair shop environment, with regular exposure to dust, noise, and other hazards. The ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for long periods is required.
