About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director to lead our Property Reinsurance Broking team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business plans to achieve revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Lead a team of experienced reinsurance brokers to provide exceptional client service and drive sales growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our team is equipped to provide innovative solutions to clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in commercial lines broking and/or underwriting, with a focus on Property Reinsurance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial property insurance and reinsurance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude, with a keen sense of business acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional client service and results.
