Nurse Care Specialist for Progressive Unit

In partnership with Jackson Nurse Professionals, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated nurse to fill a critical need in our Progressive Care Unit. This is a travel nursing position that offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on patient care while experiencing new locations and professional challenges.
About the Role
This 12-hour night shift position requires a highly motivated individual who can provide exceptional care to patients in a fast-paced environment. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining accurate records. Your expertise in PCU care will enable you to effectively assess, plan, and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.

Salary Information
The estimated annual salary range for this position is $80,000-$120,000 based on factors such as location, experience, and certifications. Please note that salaries may vary depending on specific circumstances, but we strive to offer competitive compensation packages that reflect the value and skills you bring to our team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess current RN licensure, BLS certification, and relevant experience in a PCU setting. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher is preferred, along with excellent communication and critical thinking skills. Additionally, proficiency in electronic medical records systems and ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential qualities for this position.
