Mind Above Matter, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Music Therapist to join our team in Keller, TX. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in advancing our mission to improve mental health and well-being in our community.

• Design and implement therapeutic music interventions tailored to support mental health goals for adolescents and adults in individual, group, and family settings.
• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions in compliance with state regulations and professional licensing requirements.
• Manage client appointments efficiently to ensure timely delivery of clinical services.
• Coordinate care with referring physicians and other providers to maintain the highest standard of treatment.
• Engage in supervision or consultation sessions as required by licensure guidelines.
• Take on additional tasks within your licensure scope to support the mission of Mind Above Matter.
• Provide crisis intervention and ensure appropriate referrals to higher levels of care when necessary to maintain client safety.

• Licensed Music Therapist
• Masters degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or an equivalent degree in a mental health field, coupled with current TX licensure as an LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMFT-A, LPC, or LPC-A.
• Comfort with PC usage and electronic charting, with experience in EHR being a plus.
